We're not the only company that understands the amazing abilities of employees on the autism spectrum.  Microsoft has had autistic hiring program since 2015.  Organizations like Autism Speaks, Autism at Work, and the Frist Center for Autism and Innovation at Vanderbilt University are just a few of the champions for neurodiversity.  The Harvard Business Review refers to Neurodiversity as a Competitive Advantage.

Talent On the Spectrum

On October 4, 2020, Anderson Cooper of 60 MINUTES aired "Talent on the Spectrum".  This piece of journalism demonstrated the way some companies are benefiting with the talent of this often overlooked group of young men and women.  If you struggle with employment for a family member on the spectrum, I pray you find hope in this recent video.
