Seal your media in the waterproof bag, secure in the box, and safeguard with the security tape. Your kit is already labeled and ready to receive tracking updates by email. Click for a home pick up, or make a drop off at any UPS Store.

2. Review and Pay

We sort your media, send digitized samples for online review, and provide a detailed digitizing quote. You simply pay for what you want. Your kit includes the return of your media, even if you decide not to pay us for digitizing.

3. Receive and Enjoy

Watch as newly digitized memories are added to your free Heirloom account! Orders are complete in two weeks. When finished, you can purchase a backup USB flash drive to be returned with your archived media.
